Job Description:
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies
- Vendor Management
- Dealing with Vendors on day to day basis
- Dealing with daily admin tasks
- Look after general procurement
- Look after technical procurement
- Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
- Coordinating building and maintenance issues
- Managing renovation related activities
- Organizing special functions and social events
- Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
