Job Description:
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies
Vendor Management
Dealing with Vendors on day to day basis
Dealing with daily admin tasks
Look after general procurement
Look after technical procurement
Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
Coordinating building and maintenance issues
Managing renovation related activities
Organizing special functions and social events
Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
