Essential Functions

1.   Advisory Council

 

  • Identify customers who want to be part of the council
  • Develop a yearly plan for the council, including meeting dates
  • Manage the yearly and quarterly project plan

2.  Customer Testimonials

  • Create a standard brand and format
  • Track pipeline of customer testimonials
  • Work with the Creative Team to videotape customers
  • Post testimonials on TechHub, social media and OZONE.
  • Create new case studies from testimonials

3.   Customer Surveys

  • Ensure we receive the industry standard of responses.
  • Identify the customer list to send the survey to.
  • Increase NPS score with each survey
  • Align branding and format with surveys from all divisions. 

4.    Training

  • Identify actionable and repeatable processes that other sales team members can learn from to increase their sales and customer relationships. 
  • Send this information to the other sales team members in a consistent fashion.
  • Add these learnings to the quarterly sales kickoffs.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 2 years of project management experience.
  • Direct marketing experience a plus. 
  • Demonstrated project management skills
