Essential Functions

1. Project Management

• Work with key stakeholders to understand the objective of each project.§ Build a project plan to accomplish the goals of the project.
• Manage the project plan to ensure timelines are met.
• Provide post-project analysis on the success of the project.

2. Virtual internal training e-gift card distribution and management

• Track the training calendar to know when training will occur.
• Acquire the list of those who attended the training.
• Work with the Business Desk AP for them to pay for e-gift cards.
• Process e-gift cards and send them to the attendees.
• Track cost in the expense spreadsheet

3. Virtual EOQ Meal e-gift card distribution and management

• Ensure the list for EOQ Meals is correct and complete.
• Work with the Business Desk AP for them to pay for e-gift cards.
• Process e-gift cards and send them to the attendees.
• Track cost in the expense spreadsheet.

4. Quarterly Sales Kickoffs

• Ensure the invitation list is correct
• Send save-the-date invitations and update them as appropriate
• Create Teams channel
• Update agenda and work back plans to the current quarter
• Manage the agenda, content development and work back plan
• Advance the PowerPoint slides and record the presentation on the day of the event.

5. Partner Briefing

• Ensure the invitation list is correct
• Send save-the-date invitations and update them as appropriate
• Create Teams channel
• Manage the agenda, content development and work back plan
• Work with the creative team to videotape
• Manage the partner awards
• Run the videotape of the presentation on the day of the event.

6. Seattle Seahawks Suite Management

• Migrate the Seahawks Excel workbook to the new season.
• Create a partner sell sheet and get partner funding for each game
• Coordinate with sales to book customers for each game
• Update expense spreadsheet
• Create CRM campaign codes for each game.

Minimum Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of project management experience.
• Direct marketing experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to budget and forecast.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
