Position Overview

The successful candidate in this role is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective PowerPoint templates, designs, and decks for the organization. This is a fast-paced and high visibility role, working closely with the Director of Creative & Brand, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure quality and thorough output, assisting with creating/editing the content and checking to all project specifications. They must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). This individual should be able to utilize advanced training, skills, and talent to interpret conceptual direction to create the final presentation product. Work independently (with stakeholders) to generate a storyline, layouts, formats, and styles that are compelling and creative.

This position will report to the Director of Creative and Brand.

The Presentation Designer is primarily responsible for:

• The Presentation Designer will support the organizations corporate goals, sales and services, new business, and processes by creating effective, dynamic, and well-thought-out presentations (interactive-multimedia-PowerPoint presentations with design elements, charts, graphs, timelines & diagrams).
• Communicate frequently and regularly with necessary department leads to facilitate workstreams and workflow.
• Have the opportunity to recommend design and trends to management.
• Assist with image searching, developing, and editing content from multiple sources, ensuring proper organization of production and creative files.
• The Presentation Designer will ensure that content adheres to corporate brand guidelines and is reviewed by the copy team before distribution.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

Education, Certifications, & Technology Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or any similar field.
• 3-5 years minimum of experience working in a creative agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• PowerPoint design proficiency and advanced knowledge of design and production software (Adobe CC Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator).
• A portfolio of previous presentation work to showcase experience and creativity.
• Preference is given for knowledge of the technology. Knowledge of the Prezi presentation platform is a bonus.
• Ability to present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
• A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
