Team Lead

Team Lead will be responsible to interact with prospective customers across the U.S. via outbound phone calls to grow and maintain existing business, reactivate dormant accounts, and opening new corporate or government accounts. Manage and grow your business acumen and continue your success as you bring on additional business to meet your activity, revenue and margin targets.

  • Team Lead should have intense knowledge of all latest IT related products both software and hardware

  • Should be able to work closely with functional managers and team and can play a role of bridge in passing the communication smoothly and swiftly.

  • He/she should be able to give the guidelines to the team on responding opportunities, contacting manufacturers with certain protocols and terminologies and speak to customer and helping them in resolving their issues in best possible way.

  • Should be able to report regarding the performance of team on regular basis

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and strong ability to learn in a classroom and hands-on setting

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively on the phone in an outbound calling environment

  • Open to using a CRM System for strategic pipeline management.

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior inside sales/account management experience in a business development and/or direct quote driven sales role.

  • Prefer experience teaming collaboratively with a field account executive in a high-volume fast-paced professional environment.

  • Sales acumen; account development, C-level interaction, prospecting, lead generation, problem solving, handling objections, confident closing skills.
