Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist - PowerBI, is responsible for transforming data into knowledge. You will be designing, building, and deploying business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI. The ideal candidate will have strong reporting and BI skills with attention to detail, background in data analysis, and proven success partnering with distinct stakeholders to provide reporting output. You will work closely with all marketing departments within Zones to create meaningful marketing dashboards and reports.

This position will report to the Sr Marketing Manager, Campaigns and Operations (US), and is based in our Pakistan office.

The Marketing Specialist - PowerBI Is Primarily Responsible For:

  • Using PowerBI, create dashboards and interactive reports for marketing and sales leadership
  • Develop marketing reports such as marketing campaign and event results
  • Maintain and ensure existing marketing PowerBI dashboards are reporting appropriately daily
  • Review and recommend additional repots to streamline reporting processes
  • Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives to track them regularly
  • Collaborate with Marketing Data Analyst to develop additional reports and structure

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

Education:

BA/BS in Business or a related field required, or equivalent experience

Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years in data management roles
  • Must have 2 years’ experience with BI tools and systems such as PowerBI, Tableau, and SAP
  • Must have experience with SQL Server, VM, and ETL
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including programming experience in writing DAX queries
  • Must have exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven campaign selection and analysis
  • A track record of solving complex problems, driving, and demonstrating business results
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications deliverables
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
