Position Overview

The Sales Communications Manager  is responsible for designing, developing and executing internal sales communications strategy while partnering with Creative Services, Marketing Campaigns, cross-departmental teams, and leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a background in communications, brand marketing or advertising and proven success in partnering with distinct stakeholders to develop and execute communication plans. You will collaborate with stakeholders from Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Partner Marketing Managers, Creative Services, Marketing Campaigns, PPM Services, and other internal departments to create cross-team collaboration content to support sales and pre-sales efforts. 

This position will also be tasked with proactive internal storytelling for recognition, training, performance, key programs, and initiatives critical to business growth.  The ability to create compelling content will be instrumental in this position’s success.

The Sales Communications Manager is primarily responsible for:

  • Manage and develop sales company communications:
  • Email announcements and messages
  • Maintain current information on the company intranet website.
  • Internal sales communications strategy
  • Manage sales leadership communications.
  • Communicate sales awards and recognition achieved.
  • Internal newsletters to sales
  • Sales leader scripting and talk tracks.
  • Coordinate sales kick-off meetings.
  • Cultivate sales success stories.
  • Manage the communication strategy for sales (news, events, awards, holidays, etc.)
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and best practices impacting digital channels.
  • Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting communication sharing performance ROI, goals, learning, and actionable recommendations with marketing, sales, and executive teams.
  • Drive external awareness through frequent, consistent, compelling communications, including product launches, events, and campaigns.

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:


  • Bachelor of Arts/Science required.
  • Degree in advertising, communications, journalism, or English

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in marketing communications, digital marketing, or copywriting
  • Must have exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and execution of the structure and content of the English language.
  • Experience working for US or UK-based organizations.
  • Competent computer skills to perform essential functions using Microsoft Office products.
  • Effectively communicate information and ideas
  • Experience developing copy for internal communications.
  • Ability to present ideas and concepts for projects.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • A team player with exceptional organizational, time management, and technical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications deliverables.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in writing.
  • Listen to and understand information and ideas presented verbally.
  • Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
  • Preference is given for understanding of IT technology and having a technology writing background
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
