Head of EMEA Reporting and FP&A Specialist

Reporting into the EMEA Financial Controller your role will take ownership of managing the reporting of monthly results across five entities to the Senior EMEA Finance team . The role holder will provide a summary and analysis of the result for review prior to the close, take responsibility for the uploading and checking of the results in the Group Consolidation system and support Balance Sheet and Statutory Accounts work.

In addition, all manner of FP&A reporting will be your responsibility to download, create, upload and manage, including budget, quarterly reports and impromptu business info.

Responsibilities for Financial Reporting Accountant:

  • Managing the Reporting and VAT Team
  • Responsible for the accounting and reporting of subsidiary companies within the business.
  • Monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Working with EMEA FC for the consolidated group annual budget process.
  • Responsibility for providing monthly group reports and support for the Senior management of the business.
  • Providing quality FP&A and incisive commentary to management of variances.
  • Working with EMEA FC to develop quarterly forecasting and planning.
  • Responsibility for developing, collating and producing quarterly internal KPI’s for the Senior management
  • Responsibility for financial reporting to Parent Companies.
  • Part responsible or the development and improvement in internal control systems and processes to provide a fast close 
  • Support the Financial Manager with: Managing KPI’s, balance sheet control 
  • Working with EMEA FC for preparing annual company accounts, statutory audits reporting of group accounts

Requirement for the Financial Reporting Accountant: 

  • Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.
  • Experience in MS D365 
  • Strong manager with ability to lead team in providing good quality financial statements in a fast close environment
  • Previous experience in corporate reporting in a SME business preferable
