Position Overview:

The Demand Management Team Lead will be responsible for setting up and managing a team of demand management specialists who will qualify marketing leads to sales leads. The team lead will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensure the achievement of targets, and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders. The goal of the team lead is to drive the success of the demand management team and contribute to the overall sales growth of the organization.

  • Set up and manage a team of demand management specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement a demand management strategy aligned with the organization\\\'s goals and objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Implement and maintain efficient processes and workflows to streamline lead qualification and handover to the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations and identify new opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the demand management process through data analysis and performance optimization.
  • Act as a liaison between the demand management team and senior management, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in any field
  • Proven experience in demand management, lead generation, or sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track and manage leads.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the B2B IT reseller industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with US/UK processes is preferred.
