Job Description

The incumbent will be working under the Administration Department reporting to the Manager Administration & will be working on various administrative tasks & dedicatedly activities related to sponsored marketing Events from procurement to the final execution.

Duties and Responsibilities 

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Day-to-day administrative assignments as received from the reporting Manager.
  • Assist in procurement of products in general and for the Events specifically.
  • Coordination with the Marketing team for a better understanding of the requirements of Events.
  • reparation of necessary task sheets to record the minutes for smooth execution of tasks.
  • Searching for potential vendors with competitive prices.
  • Preparation of comparative statement for transparent procurement of products.
  • Maintaining Event records for easy access to past Events.
  • Managing Events of different natures (in-door & out-door) with close coordination with third-party vendors.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations.
  • Negotiating contracts. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • In-lieu of 4-year degree equivalent education, certifications, training, and work-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Required Experience & Skills

  • Min 5 years experience in Procurement, Events Management & Administration.
  • To be able to perform multi-tasking and work under pressure with problem-solving skills.
  • Having Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to engage and influence at all levels, make the complex simple, and interface with senior leadership.
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Self-initiative and problem-solving attitude and skills.
  • Meet the tasks within deadlines and able to work under pressure.
  • Exploring and evaluating prospective suppliers. Collaborative team player: proven track record in collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams across multiple locations; exceptional in facilitating challenging conversations and managing ambiguity
