You will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our partnership with Microsoft. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and Microsoft representatives to facilitate the successful execution of Microsoft programs. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of program operations, compliance, and reporting.

What you’ll do as the Microsoft Operations Specialist:

The Microsoft Operations Specialist is mainly responsible for: 

• Advises Sales/Presales and Delivery regarding Microsoft program utilization and available investment programs; oversees administration and application of programs.
• Pipeline Management: Track and manage the co-sell opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to our sales teams to effectively engage with Microsoft and maximize co-selling opportunities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on Power BI, create dashboards, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of co-selling efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements in Microsoft program operations. Implement best practices to streamline workflows.
• Marketplace Listing Management: Create and optimize solutions listings on Microsoft Marketplace, ensuring accurate and compelling Microsoft solutions descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to program operations, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Program Enhancement: Provide insights and recommendations for program enhancements, expansion, or modification to meet evolving business needs.

What you will bring to the team:

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

• Familiarity with Azure, Modern Work, and Security product features
• Proven track record of business development or account management
• Strong team player who is goal and action-oriented
• Good organizational and time management skills; excellent oral and written communication skills

Certifications/Licenses/Etc.:

• Microsoft sales and technical experience; brand-specific certifications within 6 months
• IT Certifications with cloud experience a plus
• PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals is a plus

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience delivering program and project efforts in a high-technology environment
• 1+ years of experience in reporting and creating dashboards on Power BI
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective
• Understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners, and capabilities of the business
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
• Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Driven, team-oriented, and active participant in accomplishing team goals
• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
