KEY INITIATIVES AND RESULTS EXPECTED:

The Business Enablement Supervisor works across Cloud operations and PPM divisions to closely support the VP of Cloud to drive results across teams through strategy execution, operations management, and organizational alignment around the critical needs of Cloud and Managed Services projects. This role is directly responsible for supervision over PPM operations team members. They will also set the direction and coordinate cross divisionally to drive results in the areas of process improvement, operations research and analysis, communication and driving GTM initiatives from PPM and Sales.

•        Establish strategic goals and direction for the development, implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement and execution of programs and projects

•        Work closely with the PPM and Operations leadership to enable training and development through cross-team collaborative efforts

•        Utilize Learning and Development methodologies to drive improvements across knowledge management and training workflows

•        Drive guidance and strategic vision towards campaign management workflows

•        Manage a team of direct reports and matrixed indirect reports

•        Act as liaison across teams to drive enablement for stakeholders in PPM, Operations and Sales

•        Manage enablement and readiness across the various roles across Zones

•        Work cross functionally across teams to understand training and enablement needs for readiness and release of strategic initiatives within PPM, Operations and Sales

•        Cross-team collaboration to craft roadmaps into a cohesive strategic vision

•        Help communicate vision to key stakeholders across Zones

•        Drive business cadence, measuring and tracking critical projects, and preparing content and presenting during key stakeholder discussions

•        Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock value and improve execution

METRICS

List key metrics that will measure and define success for this role, based on assigned Shared Services workstream. These metrics can include some or all the below and can be changed without notice to meet company standards:

•        90% on time completion of project deliverables

•        Increase in speed to market initiatives

•        Increase in service consumption

•        Deliver Business Performance insight: work across departments, partners, vendors and suppliers to standardize, simplify, rationalize and organize reporting to improve execution of deliverables by driving analysis and insights to advise leadership of execution insights

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:   

4-yr degree preferred but not required

In-lieu of degree equivalent education, certifications, training and work-related experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills
  • 10+ years of total experience in management, consulting, or strategy & operations at an enterprise level
  • 5+ years’ experience at a technology company
  • Past success working on large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting analysis, building the business and driving execution
  • Demonstrated track record of successful people management experience
  • Strong people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive extended virtual teams
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative and innovative environment
  • Excellent organization skills and process expertise
  • Adaptability to an ever-changing work landscape
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
